Beschreibung
Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Errichtung von Kraftfahrzeug-Unterständen in Flensburg. Die Arbeiten beginnen mit Betonarbeiten, die den Abriss bestehender Materialboxen, einschließlich Wänden, Eckprofilen und Betonsohlen, beinhalten. Anschließend werden Fundamentarbeiten und Bodenarbeiten durchgeführt, wozu das Lösen und Fördern von Boden für Streifenfundamente und Pflasterdecken sowie das Herstellen eines Planums gehören. Ein wesentlicher Teil der Leistung sind Holzarbeiten, die den Abbund und Aufbau eines Holzunterstandes gemäß Statik mit Flachdach und Blechdachdeckung sowie Boden-Deckel-Schalung an den Seiten umfassen. Des Weiteren sind Dacharbeiten mit der Lieferung und Montage von Trapezprofilen aus Aluminium, Hängedachrinnen und Regenfallrohren aus verzinktem Stahl vorgesehen. Elektroarbeiten beinhalten die Installation von Steckdosen, LED-Leuchtmitteln, einem Wandschrank-Kleinverteiler und die Verlegung von Erdkabeln. Anfahrschutz aus feuerverzinktem Stahl wird ebenfalls geliefert und montiert. Abschließend sind Dachentwässerungsarbeiten mit der Verlegung von PP-Rohren für Regenwasser und dem Anschluss an vorhandene Leitungen Teil der Leistung. Die Ausführung orientiert sich an den beigefügten Plänen und der Statik.
