Beschreibung
Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf Trockenbauarbeiten im Zuge des Umbaus des Krankenhauses Hagen-Elsey. Das Projekt beinhaltet die Schließung somatischer Fachabteilungen und die Umwandlung in eine Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie. Die Arbeiten umfassen die Errichtung von nichttragenden Innenwänden aus Metallständerwerk mit unterschiedlichen Wanddicken, Beplankungen und Brandschutzklassen (F30 A, F90 A). Ebenso sind Vorwandinstallationen für Sanitärbereiche und freistehende Vorsatzschalen Teil des Leistungsumfangs. Spezielle Wandanschlüsse, Eckausbildungen und Verstärkungen für Wandelemente sind ebenfalls vorgesehen. Im Bereich der Decken sind abgehängte Unterdecken mit Akustikdeckenplatten (Rasterdecken) sowie glatte Montagedecken in verschiedenen Brandschutzklassen (F0, F30 A, F90 A) zu erstellen. Dies beinhaltet auch die Ausbildung von Randfriesen, Deckenversprüngen und die Integration von Gardinenschienen. Des Weiteren sind Brandschutzbekleidungen für Holzbalkendecken und Stahlträger (IPE, HEA) mit entsprechenden Brandschutzklassen (F90 A) auszuführen. Die Verkleidung von Rohrleitungen und die Abkofferung von Lüftungsleitungen gehören ebenfalls zum Leistungsumfang. Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet auch die Lieferung und Montage von Stahlumfassungszargen für Trockenbauwände in verschiedenen Größen und Ausführungen. Die Arbeiten werden in den Bauteilen A, D im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss des Krankenhauses durchgeführt. Die Ausführungszeiträume sind gestaffelt, wobei Bauteil A ab Auftragsvergabe bis Mai 2026 und Bauteil D ab August 2026 bis Ende 2028 bearbeitet wird. Die Arbeiten finden im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb statt, was besondere hygienische und lärmreduzierende Maßnahmen erfordert.
