Beschreibung
Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf die Dachsanierung und die Errichtung von Photovoltaikanlagen (PV-Anlagen) auf dem Gebäude der Industrie- und Handelskammer zu Leipzig am Goerdelerring 5. Das Projekt umfasst die Erneuerung der Dachhaut und der Wärmedämmung des Daches. Des Weiteren beinhaltet es die Installation von PV-Modulen, die sowohl auf dem Dach als auch in die Fassade integriert werden sollen. Spezielle rote PV-Module, deren Farberscheinung an Biberschwanzziegel angepasst ist, sind für die Fassade vorgesehen. Die PV-Anlage wird als Indach-Montage auf Schrägdächern und als hinterlüftete Vorhangfassade mit rahmenlosen, farbigen PV-Modulen realisiert. Die Planung sieht die Integration der PV-Anlage in die bestehende Blitzschutzanlage vor. Die Arbeiten umfassen auch die notwendigen Elektroinstallationen, einschließlich Wechselrichtern, PV-Verteilern und Leitungsführungen, sowie die Wiederherstellung von Schottungen.
