Zusammenfassung
Der GKV-Spitzenverband sucht Dienstleister für anwendungsbezogene SAP-Service- und Projektdienstleistungen. Die Ausschreibung ist in zwei Lose unterteilt: Los 1 umfasst Serviceleistungen zur Betreuung der SAP-Anwendungen (Ticketbetrieb), und Los 2 beinhaltet SAP-Projektdienstleistungen. Beschreibung
Der GKV-Spitzenverband beabsichtigt den Abschluss von zwei Rahmenverträgen für anwendungsbezogene SAP-Service- und Projektdienstleistungen. Die Ausschreibung gliedert sich in zwei Lose. Los 1 betrifft die Serviceleistungen zur Betreuung der aktuell im Einsatz befindlichen SAP-Anwendungen im Rahmen eines Ticketbetriebs. Dies beinhaltet kleinere Anpassungen, Customizing-Dienstleistungen, Konzeptionen für neue Technologien und fachliche Unterstützung bei Systempatches. Die zu betreuenden Module umfassen FI/FI-AA, CO, PSM, PM, HCM (inklusive Processes and Forms), sowie die Drittlösungen xft Invoice Manager und Personnel File. Los 2 konzentriert sich auf Projektdienstleistungen, insbesondere die Transformation der SAP-Anwendungslandschaft auf S/4HANA. Dies beinhaltet Brownfield- und Greenfield-Ansätze, selektive Datenmigrationen und die Transformation in Cloud-Infrastrukturen. Weiterhin werden die Weiterentwicklung des Bestandssystems, Projektmanagement und die Bereitstellung eines Key Account Managers gefordert. Die aktuellen SAP-Module sind Finanzbuchhaltung (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Bankbuchhaltung), Haushalt und Controlling (CO, PSM), Personalwesen (HCM, SuccessFactors, Processes & Forms), Instandhaltung (PM) und Schnittstellen. Die Ausschreibung legt Wert auf nachweisbare Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Sektor und spezifische Qualifikationen des einzusetzenden Personals. Die Auswahl der Bieter erfolgt auf Basis eines offenen Verfahrens, wobei Qualität und Preis als Zuschlagskriterien dienen.
