Beschreibung
Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung im Objekt der BGW Bezirksverwaltung Delmenhorst. Das Gebäude ist ein viergeschossiges Bürogebäude mit einem angegliederten zweigeschossigen Rundbau. Die zu reinigenden Bereiche umfassen die BGW-Reha, das SchuBerZ (Schulungs- und Beratungszentrum) und die Prävention. Die Glasreinigung beinhaltet die beidseitige Reinigung von Fenstern, Rahmen, Beschlägen und Außen-Fensterbänken. Spezifische Leistungen umfassen die Reinigung von Fenstern in verschiedenen Bereichen (BGW, SchuBerZ, Prävention), Fassadenverglasungen, Spiegelglaselementen, Glasinnentüren sowie die Grundreinigung von Fenstern und Rahmen und die Reinigung von Raffstoreanlagen. Die Tätigkeiten sind gemäß den detaillierten Tätigkeitsverzeichnissen für die jeweiligen Reinigungsgruppen (J, P, U) auszuführen. Die Reinigungsintervalle sind in den Tätigkeitsverzeichnissen festgelegt und reichen von wöchentlich bis jährlich. Die Angebote müssen alle erforderlichen Hilfsmittel wie Hubwagen und Teleskopstangen sowie die dazugehörigen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einkalkulieren. Die genauen Reinigungszeiten sind vor Auftragsbeginn mit der BGW abzustimmen.
