Zusammenfassung
Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH sucht technische Unterstützung für die Entwicklung von bis zu drei Power-to-Liquid (PtL) Pilotanlagen in bis zu drei Ländern. Die Dienstleistungen umfassen die gesamte Projektentwicklung von der Konzeptdefinition über techno-ökonomische Machbarkeitsstudien bis hin zur Beratung bei der Beschaffungs- und Ausschreibungsstrategie. Ziel ist es, industrielle Partnerunternehmen mit maßgeschneiderten Engineering-Dokumenten und Beratungsleistungen zu unterstützen, um PtL-Pilotprojekte bis zur FEED/EPC-Ausschreibungsphase voranzutreiben.

PtL process engineering at FEL-3 level for two of the following three process pathways: FT, methanol or eSAF projects with an annual capacity above 50,000 t/year. (20%), Engineering (FEL-3) of gasification and methane reforming plants. (15%), Engineering of carbon capture & conditioning systems and application of DAC systems (10%), EU RED regulation, RFNBO certification and GHG accounting (15%), EPC procurement strategy and EPC tender preparation for industrial projects (15%), Regional Experience in in Sub-Sahara Africa, South America, South-East Asia (15%), Experience of development projects (at least 50% ODA-financed) (10%)

Referenzen:
- At least 2 reference projects in the technical field Power-to-Liquid (PtL) plants (Methanol, Fischer-tropsch or eSAF routes) and at least 1 reference projects on PtX plants in Africa, Latin America or Asia in the last 36 months.
- Minimum commission value of 200.000,00 EUR for reference projects.
Finanziell:
- Average annual turnover for the last three years at least: 1.500.000,00 EUR
Rechtlich:
- Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number.
- No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG, EU-Russia sanctions.
Sonstige:
- Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 60 persons.
